We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to enroll into the CNC Course.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed, due to the nature of e-learning content, Bay Institute of Science and Engineering offers a limited refund on our courses, unless the student never login. If the student logs into the course, and we are notified within 24 hours of the first login time period to cancel the course for the student, we will offer the company 75% of the course cost, or 100% credit for another student to be registered into a BISE course. If we have registered the apprentice with the DOL as a no cost service to the company in exchange for the company agreeing to register the apprentice for 1 full year of training with BISE, and the apprentice does not complete the required 6 courses, a $150.00 registration fee will be deducted from the initial cost of the 6 courses and the balance will be refunded to the company. There is no refund at any time to individual apprentices / students who enroll in any BISE course.
Please do not purchase any course and share it with anyone hoping that someone else will use it to get a job.
You agree that you are able to use a computer efficiently to be successful in all BISE Web-based courses.
If you believe that you are not good very good at computers, you may find BISE course to be somewhat difficult but please know others who were not very good at computers stuck with it as you should and they did very well. But everyone is different.
BISE courses, contain videos and require video favorable processing power.
You are responsible for any data overages charged by your Internet Service Provider or data carrier, you may experience those charges.
You cannot get a refund if you fail the test.
If you fail the MULTIPLE CHOICE TEST or a true and false test you DO NOT GET TO RETEST You will need to pay again and you must take the entire course over again. Please note that all MULTIPLE CHOICE TEST give you two attempts to pass, True and False test only permit one attempt.
